We took Coco and Star to the Fraser River to soak up the sun on this stunning fall afternoon. They loved running up the sandy beach and wading through the shallow river's edge. Mt. Cheam was dusted with a fresh snow fall and the setting sun made the cottonwood trees turn gold. The mighty Fraser River is the longest river in British Columbia, beginning up in the Rocky Mountains near the border of Alberta, and flowing for 1,375 kms into the Straight of Georgia just south of Vancouver. This river is a constant in our life. Rising and falling with the seasons, it is an ever present movement of water and life. We couldn't imagine a better name for our vizslas!
